This is a beautifully tattered, digital frame download I created from a vintage illustration in a 1916 magazine. The distressed fabric design makes this frame look prettily vintage. With the flowing edges of the frame, streaming out around the frame edges, it makes me think of pirates and old, tattered flags. Regardless, this digital frame clip art could be used in so many, creative projects.
