I love the little bees flying around the tall stem of flowers, and the tiny Lady Bug trudging up the broad leaf. Do you see it? This is a wonderful digital orchid image I created from a vintage illustration of the orchid, Masdevallia Tovarensis. I found this flower illustration in a vintage story book. It's a rare orchid, and the story is an exciting tale regaling the hunt for this beautiful flower in the wilds of South America. I love the detail! This would certainly look gorgeous on the front of a handmade greeting card. I hope you enjoy this simple, yet 'rare', flower clip art in many of your creative projects!

These are two, beautifully detailed digital flower images I created from vintage wildflower illustrations. The first is the flower, Tutsan, and the second flower clip art is, White Campion. I enjoy coloring these pretty flower images, but I also appreciate their simple black and white beauty, which adds a classy and vintagy charm to a project. And, stock flower images can be used in just about any project.

Flowers are a perfect gift for lots of occasions, so creating a card with an image of flowers could go with almost any gift. This lovely digital wildflower clip art of an orchid is beautifully detailed. Digital image transfers are great bases for creating a customized image by colorization, which I love! I found this digital flower image in a vintage, 1885 botanical book. This illustration is indicated as a Butterfly Orchid; however, it looks more like a Encyclia. It makes me think that even plants can be manipulated over time like many animal breeds through the process of breeding.
