I love using images of vintage advertisements as backgrounds, especially for decorating gift tags when the gift I'm giving matches the advertisement. The third vintage ad background is amazing with its detailed illustrations of suitcases full of toiletries.

These are three digital handwriting background downloads that I created from vintage illustrations from an antique book. The individual handwriting images on each background clip art is very interesting. I use handwritten background illustrations for lots of projects because the unique images are perfect for layering and collages. The first handwritten image is simply handwriting, while the second and third digital handwritten backgrounds are official documents.
